Bupati Humbang Hasundutan Dosmar Banjarnahor SE bersama Ketua TP PKK Humbang Hasundutan Ny Lidya Dosmar Banjarnahor, Plt Kepala Dinas Koperasi, Perdagangan dan Tenaga Kerja Christison Rudianto Marbun M.Pd dan Kadis Pertanian dan Ketapang Humbang Hasundutan Ir Junter Marbun menerima kunjungan Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) dipimpin Ketua Riset Kelompok Atsiri, DR Aswandi, di Doloksanggul, Humbahas, Kamis (24/11/2022).
DR Aswandi menjelaskan bahwa BRIN melakukan penelitian terhadap kemenyan Sumatera (Styrax benzoin ) khususnya kemenyan dari daerah Humbang Hasundutan.
Dari hasil penelitian, kemenyan Humbang Hasundutan memiliki sebuah zat yang membedakannya dari kemenyan pada umumnya yakni adanya sebuah Incersone sebagai anti depresan.
Penelitian ini, menghasilkan produk turunan dari Kemenyan Humbang Hasundutan berupa parfum, serum termasuk body lotion. Pengolahan dan pembuatan produk turunan ini diharapkan bisa diajarkan oleh BRIN kepada masyarakat Humbang Hasundutan. Oleh karenanya, BRIN Mengajak Pemerintah Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan melakukan kerjasama terkait Deliver Technology.
Bupati Dosmar Banjarnahor sangat menyambut baik rencana kerjasama ini. Diharapkan, agar pihak BRIN menyampaikan hal apa saja yang perlu di persiapkan untuk mewujudkan deliver teknology ini.
“Pastilah kita setuju, kalau untuk mendukung ekonomi masyarakat khususnya petani kemenyan,” tutur Bupati Humbang Hasundutan kepada Tim BRIN.
Pada kesempatan itu, pihak BRIN menunjukkan produk hasil penelitian dari olahan kemenyan dan diberikan kepada Bupati, Ketua TP. PKK berupa serum untuk kecantikan serta juga parfum.《JESSIHO》
