Sat Narkoba Polres Simalungun kembali berhasil mengamankan seorang laki-laki dewasa yang tertangkap tangan sedang memiliki, menguasai, menyimpan, mengedarkan, diduga narkotika golongan I bukan tanaman, jenis sabu-sabu, dari pemukiman warga di Jln. A.R Sihab, Kelurahan Serbalawan, Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar, Kabupaten Simalungun, Pada Hari Senin, 21 November 2022, sekira pukul 15.30 WIB.
Kapolres Simalungun Akbp Ronald Fredy C Sipayung, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., melalui Kasat Narkoba Polres Simalungun AKP Adi Haryono, SH., ketika dikonfirmasi pada hari Jumat (25/11/2022) pagi membenarkan informasi tersebut.
“Benar bahwa Personel Sat Narkoba Polres Simalungun telah berhasil mengamankan seorang pria yang telah memiliki Narkoba jenis Sabu-sabu dari Wilayah Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar,” Kata AKP Adi.
Lebih lanjut Kasat Narkoba menjelaskan bahwa keberhasilan penangkapan tersebut bermula dari adanya laporan masyarakat yang menginformasikan bahwa ada seorang laki-laki diduga telah mengedarkan narkotika jenis sabu-sabu di Jln. A.R Sihab, Kelurahan Serbelawan, Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar, Kabupaten Simalungun.
“Menindaklanjuti informasi tersebut, Tim Opsnal Sat Res Narkoba yang dipimpin oleh Kanit 1 IPTU Dian Putra, S.Sos, MH, berangkat ke lokasi untuk melakukan penyelidikan. Selanjutnya pada sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB, dengan didampingi Kepling setempat, Tim melakukan penggerebekan terhadap rumah yang dicurigai dan berhasil diamankan seorang laki-laki dewasa yang berinisial WW (30) warga Jln. A.R Sihab, Kelurahan Serbelawan, Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar, Kabupaten Simalungun.
Dari WW (30), Tim berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa 1 (satu) bungkus plastik klip kecil transparan yang berisi diduga narkotika jenis sabu-sabu dengan berat brutto 0,15 gram, 1 (satu) tas sandang warna coklat yang berisi 8 (delapan) bungkus plastik klip transparan berisi diduga narkotika jenis sabu-sabu dengan berat brutto 21,82 gram dan 1 (satu) bungkus berisi daun ganja dengan berat brutto 3,45 gram, 1 (satu) unit timbangan digital, 1 (satu) set alat hisap shabu-shabu / bong, 1 (satu) unit HP android merk Oppo warna merah, 1 (satu) kotak kaca mata hitam yang di dalamnya berisi 2 (dua) buah pipet plastik, 3 (tiga) bal plastik klip besar di dalamnya berisikan plastik klip kecil kosong,” ungkap AKP Adi.
Selanjutnya dengan didampingi Kepling setempat, Tim melakukan introgasi kepada WW (30), Ianya menjelaskan bahwa barang bukti yang ditemukan diakuinya adalah benar miliknya, yang mana ianya mendapatkan diduga sabu-sabu tersebut dari seorang laki-laki di daerah Serbalawan.
Menindaklanjuti keterangan dari WW(30), Tim selanjutnya berupaya melakukan pengembangan dan proses sidik selanjutnya, “Untuk saat ini tersangka bersama barang bukti telah diamankan di Mako Polres Simalungun untuk dilakukan proses hukum selanjutnya,” tandas AKP Adi. 《JESSIHO》
