Jajaran Sat Narkoba Polres Simalungun telah berkomitmen untuk memberantas peredaran Narkoba di Wilayah Kabupaten Simalungun, demikian yang disampaikan oleh Kapolres Simalungun AKBP Ronald Fredy C Sipayung, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., saat memimpin rapat analisa evaluasi (anev) kinerja personel Sat Narkoba Polres Simalungun beberapa waktu yang lalu.
Sejalan dengan hal tersebut kembali Sat Narkoba Polres Simalungun berhasil mengamankan AP (30) warga Tigadolok tertangkap tangan sedang memiliki, menguasai, menyimpan, diduga narkotika golongan I bukan tanaman, jenis sabu-sabu pada hari Rabu, 23 November 2022, sekitar Pkl. 16.00 WIB. Di pinggir jalan Medan KM 10.5 yang berada di Nagori Purbasari, Kecamatan Tapian Dolok, Kabupaten Simalungun.
Kapolres Simalungun AKBP Ronald Fredy C Sipayung, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., melalui Kasat Narkoba Polres Simalungun AKP Adi Haryono, SH., ketika dikonfirmasi, Jumat (25/11/2022) membenarkan informasi tersebut.
“Bersama anggota Sat Narkoba Polres Simalungun Kanit II Sat Narkoba IPDA Rudi Hartono berhasil mengamankan pria yang memiliki sabu-sabu sebanyak 0,48 gram,” Kata AKP Adi.
Lebih lanjut Kasat Narkoba menjelaskan bahwa penangkapan tersebut bermula dari adanya informasi yang disampaikan masyarakat bahwa di Nagori Purbasari, Kecamatan Tapian Dolok, Kabupaten Simalungun, diduga sering terjadi transaksi dan penyalahgunaan narkotika.
Menindaklanjuti informasi tersebut, Tim Opsnal Sat Res Narkoba Polres Simalungun yang dipimpin oleh Kanit II IPDA Rudi Hartono, berangkat ke lokasi dan sesampainya di lokasi, Tim melakukan penyelidikan.
Sekitar pukul 16.00 wib Tim bersama gamot setempat melakukan penggerebekan dan berhasil mengamankan pria yang berinisial AP (30) warga Desa Indasari, Kelurahan Sinaksak, Kecamatan Tapian Dolok, Kabupaten Simalungun.
Dari AP (30) Tim berhasil menemukan barang bukti berupa 1 (satu) bungkus plastik klip transparan yang didalamnya berisi diduga narkotika jenis sabu-sabu dengan berat brutto 0,48 gram serta 1 (satu) unit HP Merk Vivo warna hitam.
Selanjutnya dilakukan interogasi awal terhadap AP (30), ianya menerangkan bahwa benar diduga narkotika jenis sabu-sabu tersebut adalah miliknya yang sebelumnya diperoleh dari seorang laki-laki yang dulunya sama-sama bekerja sebagai supir di daerah Labuhan Batu.
Saat ini tersangka dan barang bukti sudah diamankan untuk dilakukan upaya pengembangan dan proses sidik selanjutnya, guna mempertanggung jawabkan atas perbuatanya tersebut.
