Wakil Bupati Humbahas Oloan Paniaran Nababan SH MH bersama tim Basarnas dan masyarakat ikut serta melakukan pencarian korban tenggelam di sungai Simonggo Kecamatan Parlilitan Kabupaten Humbahas yang dikabarkan tenggelam Rabu (23/11/2022) lalu.
Hingga hari kelima, Kamis (24/11/2022) siang, korban juga belum ditemukan dan tim terus melakukan penyisiran di lokasi TKP.
Kemudian Oloan P Nababan berlatar belakang TNI membentuk tiga tim untuk menyisir kembali dari titik awal kejadian. Setiap tim melibatkan dua orang personil Basarnas, TNI dari Koramil 11- Parlilitan, Polisi serta sejumlah warga dan ketiga tim diberikan pengarahan terkait petunjuk teknis kerja dan keselamatan tim.
Oloan Nababan juga meminta untuk doa bersama sebelum melakukan pencarian. Dengan pertolongan Tuhan semoga korban segera ditemukan.
Dari informasi yang didapat, bawah korban bernama Lepran Sihotang usia 22 tahun warga Desa Sionom Hudon Timur Kecamatan Parlilitan, Humbang Hasundutan hanyut terseret arus sungai Simonggo, Minggu (20/11/2022) lalu saat menjala ikan bersama tiga orang rekannya.
Warga Parlilitan Sunday Sihotang menjelaskan korban Lepran Sihotang berangkat dari rumah, Minggu (20/11) sekira pukul 05.30 WIB bersama ketiga temannya untuk menjala (mencari) ikan ke sungai Simonggo yang berjarak satu kilometer dari rumahnya.
Saat menjala, Lepran Sihotang terpeleset dan jatuh ke sungai yang arusnya sangat deras dan penuh bebatuan. Korban terseret air dan langsung tenggelam. Kebetulan posisi korban berada paling belakang dari kawan-kawannya. Sebelum tenggelam, Lepran sempat teriak minta tolong kepada kawannya, namun ketika kawannya menoleh, korban sudah tenggelam.
Sebelum melakukan pencarian dan penyisiran di sungai Simonggo, Wakil Bupati Humbahas Oloan P Nababan menyampaikan belasungkawa kepada keluarga korban dan berdoa agar Lepran Sihotang segera ditemukan.《JESSIHO》
